We were delighted to welcome friends old and new for our Listening Experience on 7th October 2024 at the Friends’ Meeting House.
Members of different faiths shared with each other their feelings about the way the world is just now, their own faith community and our city. After also sharing thoughts about our own priorities and where we find hope, our thinking was directed towards ways in which our own faith community is involved in our city and engages with other faith communities, the council, police, schools and hospitals; what we have to share and how we can be signs of hope.
